Very robust, functional alpine touring backpack for alpinists
The PEAK 45 Black Raven backpack is made for alpine touring. Thanks to the extremely tear and abrasion-resistant Nylon 420D Manstar material, the rucksack is very robust. The wide, padded shoulder and hip straps ensure a high level of carrying comfort, distributing the load evenly between the shoulders and hips. A circumferential front zipper allows direct access to the main compartment. The PEAK 45 also scores points with a separate safety compartment, attachment options for rope, ice axe and crampons as well as a separate map compartment and a hip pocket. The backpack is also equipped with hydration system preparation and an illustration of alpine emergency signals.

BACK SYSTEM: SWISSWOOL FULL CONTACT
The special feature of this rucksack is the back system made from pressed Swiss wool. Just as with the clothing, mountain sports enthusiasts benefit from the unique moisture and climate management of the wool and thus from a comfortable and dry feeling on the back. Thanks to the wool, the backpack back can absorb almost 30 times more moisture than a comparable foam back and is almost 7% more breathable than the latter. Another advantage of wool is that the surface of the back system dries faster. The full-contact back lies close to the body and offers optimum weight distribution. The back construction also consists of two aluminum struts, which ensure high stability and comfort even when carrying heavy loads.

SWISSWOOL-TEC-KNIT BACK SYSTEM The SWISSWOOL-TEC-KNIT BACK SYSTEM stands for the innovative synthesis of a TECHNICAL FOAM BACK with THERMO-PRESISTANT SWISS WOOL, covered with a 3D HIGHTECH KNIT. The wool pads are used zonally in contact areas with the back and store large amounts of moisture without feeling wet. REDUCTION FOR LIGHTNESS The PEAK LIGHT combines STABILITY, COMFORT AND LIGHTNESS. The 1100 g* total weight can be reduced by a further 380 g* by REMOVING THE LID, HIP LOCK, ALUMINIUM BACK RACK and various external fastening options. 720 g* minimum weight thus extends the range of use from long alpine tours to many alpine rope lengths * +/ - 4 % due to production and material fluctuations. FURTHER FEATURES The PEAK LIGHT 32 for men is our alpine lightweight and made for demanding alpine tours. The nylon fabric is one of the lightest materials used in our backpacks. At the same time, the material is PU-coated and therefore water-repellent. The new triangular design of the lid allows variable adjustment when attaching ropes etc. without slipping. The lid can be completely removed or stowed in the main compartment. If it is stowed in the main compartment, the zipper on the lid can still be opened without any problems. The lid compartment has two compartments. The taped seams make the lid completely waterproof. With the PEAK LIGHT, we have concentrated on the important features and dispensed with the unnecessary. Of course, the PEAK LIGHT has important features such as the rope and ice axe attachment, load control straps, helmet net, gear loops, hip pocket, a map pocket and the all-round zipper for quick access to the main compartment via the front.
