Returns – How the return process works
At ski-shop.ch, we value quality and customer satisfaction. However, in exceptional cases, you may wish to return an item. Please note our return policy:
Return Policy:
- Incorrect deliveries or damaged items can be returned.
- Unused products in their original packaging can be returned.
- The original packaging must not be damaged or altered.
Return period & shipping costs:
- Returns within 14 days after receiving the merchandise.
- The return shipping costs are not covered – unless we made a mistake with your order.
- Please include a delivery note or the invoice to expedite processing.
Refund:
- Calculated at the current daily rate, but no more than the purchase price minus our shipping costs.
- ski-shop.ch reserves the right to charge for the processing of non-compliant returns.
- Alternatively, the merchandise can be reshipped to the last delivery address – the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
