Shipping Costs & Shipping Methods
You can test and pick up products at our store at any time. The prices listed in the online store also apply in-store. Due to space constraints, we store a few items in an off-site warehouse.
Who delivers my order?
Within Switzerland, Swiss Post handles deliveries. International shipments are handled by Swiss Post or an international shipping partner, depending on the destination country.
Where is my package?
You can see the estimated delivery time in the order summary. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, provided tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
What shipping options are available?
Standard Shipping in Switzerland (free for orders of CHF 50 or more)
Shipping is free for most items once you reach the minimum order value of CHF 50.–. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.
Express Delivery in Switzerland (starting at CHF 9.90)
For a fee starting at CHF 9.90 we ship via express. Order by 3:00 p.m. → next business day (Mon–Fri, subject to availability, excluding holidays).
Free small packages via standard mail
Items specifically marked as “Free Shipping” are shipped within Switzerland via standard mail at no extra charge.
Important: This shipping method does not include tracking or insurance. ski-shop.ch assumes no liability for shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery—for example, from mailboxes, storage lockers, garages, or stairwells.
International Shipping
We continue to ship to various countries outside the European Union. We do not currently offer shipping to EU member states. If your country can be selected as a delivery destination during checkout, ordering and delivery are generally possible.

Which EU countries do we not currently ship to?
Due to new European requirements regarding packaging and its registration, we have temporarily suspended direct shipping to the European Union.
This applies, among others, to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, and Lithuania, as well as all other EU member states.
Priority International Letter Mail (small shipments up to 1 kg, approx. 3–6 business days)
- up to 200 g: CHF 14.00
- up to 500 g: CHF 19.00
- up to 1000 g: CHF 25.00
Note: International letter shipping does not include tracking or insurance. This shipping method is only available for countries selected in the online store.
International Economy (approx. 6–9 business days)
- up to 2 kg: CHF 34.00
- up to 5 kg: CHF 42.00
- up to 10 kg: CHF 46.00
- up to 30 kg: CHF 58.00
- Oversized items 101 cm or longer: CHF 73.00
Available for select non-EU countries. The shipping methods actually available will be displayed at checkout.
International Priority (approx. 2–3 business days)
- up to 2 kg: CHF 38.00
- up to 5 kg: CHF 48.00
- up to 10 kg: CHF 56.00
- up to 30 kg: CHF 78.00
- Oversized items 101 cm or longer: CHF 93.00

Overseas – e. g. USA, Japan, or New Zealand (Post/TNT)
- up to 2 kg: CHF 36.00

Customs and Import Duties
Important for international orders: When shipping from Switzerland, additional customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees may apply in the recipient’s country. These costs are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
