Seasonal Sales Associate (m/f/d) – Winter Season at ski-shop.ch
Do you love winter sports and know exactly what matters when it comes to skis, snowboards, and the right gear? Then you’ve come to the right place. For the upcoming winter season, we’re looking to expand our team at our store in Lengnau, BE.
As a sales consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll provide expert advice on choosing skis, snowboards, boots, and clothing, assist with boot fitting, and ensure that everyone can enjoy the slopes with the right equipment.
Your Responsibilities
You’ll provide our customers with personalized, expert advice on skis, snowboards, boots, and apparel. You’ll assist with the sale and rental of winter sports equipment and help with boot fitting as well as minor adjustments. In addition, you’ll manage our online store, update product listings and inventory in our ERP system, and ensure that everything is accurately and up-to-date. You’ll carefully pack customer orders and prepare them for shipping. You’ll ensure that merchandise is neatly displayed in the store and will also help out in the warehouse or at the register when needed.
What You Bring to the Table
You enjoy sales and interacting with people. Winter sports are more than just a hobby for you—you’re well-versed in skiing, snowboarding, and the latest gear. Experience in sales or at a sports store is a plus, but not required; what matters most to us is your motivation. You work carefully and in an organized manner; proficiency with computers, online store systems, or ERP software is a plus. You’re reliable, enjoy rolling up your sleeves, and are available to work for us on weekends and during peak season.
