Product Information "Walther AFW – Folding knife"
Walther AFW Adventure Folder Wood – Folding knife with walnut handle
The 102 mm long spearpoint blade made of AUS-8 steel is robust, holds an edge better than simple 420 steels, and can be sharpened well. The backlock reliably locks the blade and can be released safely and in a controlled manner. The walnut handle sits securely in the hand thanks to its ergonomic shape and precise finger grooves – even during longer use. With an overall length of 240 mm and a weight of 203 g, the AFW has a solid size that you can feel.Includes leather holster for the belt
The included leather holster features Walther branding and matches the style of the knife. This means you always have the AFW securely with you on your belt – whether camping, hunting, or simply on the go. A knife you take out because it looks good, and leave in because it does its job.FAQ – Walther AFW
What does AUS-8 steel mean?
AUS-8 is a Japanese stainless steel with good edge retention, solid toughness, and easy resharpening. It is qualitatively above simple 420 steels and is a popular material in the mid-price segment.
What is a backlock?
With a backlock, the lock is located on the back of the handle. The blade locks into place when opened and is released again by pressing on the back – a proven solution that can be operated with one hand.
What is included in the scope of delivery?
The AFW comes complete with a leather holster that can be attached to a belt.
Who is the Walther AFW suitable for?
For anyone looking for a high-quality folding knife that impresses both in outdoor use and in everyday life – without looking like a typical tactical knife.
