Product Information "Ortovox Alu 240 Silver"
The entry-level probe with Quick-Lock tensioning system: The ALU 240 is reduced to the essentials. The Quick-Lock tensioning system enables quick and easy tensioning. It is ready for use in seconds and can be released and folded just as quickly. The tension can be readjusted by simply turning the optimized adjusting screw. The voluminous probe tip, which has a significantly larger diameter than the probe elements, promises better penetration. The low weight of just 200 g is achieved by using aluminum with a diameter of 11 mm.
Like all our probes, the ALU 240 has an easy-to-read depth marker, a clear 1 m marker and an orange bottom segment to enable you to adjust your shovel strategy to the optimum.
