Here’s how to apply the tape
KT Tape It is recommended to apply the tape about an hour before the activity. Clean the skin with alcohol to remove dirt, oil, and lotion, and trim back any thick body hair; otherwise, the adhesive won’t stick well.

To remove, lift a corner, hold the skin in place with one hand, and slowly peel the patch off with the other, keeping it flat against the skin. Never rip it off. It comes off more easily under warm water.

The adhesive strength and wear time are the same. The difference is the menthol: It provides a noticeable cooling sensation and is pleasant when an area feels hot and tired after exercise. If you’re sensitive to menthol or simply don’t like it, use the KT Tape Pro.

Yes. Wait about an hour after applying it, and then it will be water-resistant. After showering, pat the edges dry instead of rubbing them.
