The carefully balanced formula removes dirt and body oils without damaging the natural protective layer of the down. Yes, it is suitable for both natural down and synthetic insulation such as PrimaLoft®. How much detergent should I use per wash cycle? A small amount is sufficient, as the formula is highly concentrated. Follow the dosage recommendation on the bottle. How do I dry down products properly after washing? Best dried in a tumble dryer at a low temperature with two to three tennis balls to maintain the loft. Is the product environmentally friendly?
