Product Information "Toko Jet Powder Top Finish Cold 30g"
The Toko Jet Powder Top Finish Cold is the powder used in the World Cup—fluorine-free yet fast. The Cold version is designed for cold, aggressive snow conditions where standard glide waxes break down.
Toko Jet Powder Top Finish Cold - Speed for cold snow
- Snow temperature -10 to -20 degrees, air temperature -6 to -20 degrees
- 100 percent fluorine-free and proven in the World Cup
- Outstanding long-term performance—consistent speed from start to finish
- First-class dirt and water repellency
- Even better when used in combination with Jet Liquid Top Finish
Here’s how to use it
Sprinkle a thin layer onto the already waxed and brushed base, iron it on at a moderate temperature, let it cool, peel it off gently, and brush it out with copper, horsehair, and nylon brushes. 30 g is enough for about ten to fifteen pairs of alpine skis—the powder is used very sparingly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a special waxing iron?
A digitally controlled iron with a thick soleplate has a clear advantage because the temperature must be maintained very precisely.
What goes underneath?
A suitable glide wax as a base. The top finish is the outermost layer; it is not a substitute for the base wax build-up.
Cold, Mid, or Warm?
Cold for snow temperatures from -10 to -20 degrees, Mid for -2 to -12 degrees, Warm for 0 to -4 degrees.
