The The Mountain Studio Z-2 EPE is a highly functional GORE-TEX ePE 3L shell jacket – developed for use in backcountry, freeride and alpine terrain. It offers uncompromising weather protection, maximum breathability, and long-lasting performance in all conditions. Made from the new PFAS-free GORE-TEX ePE material, it combines sustainability with top technical performance. The jacket is windproof and waterproof, yet lightweight and comfortable to wear – perfect for ski touring, freeriding, and high-alpine adventures.
The 3-layer GORE-TEX ePE fabric with flannel back provides comfort and protection at the same time. Ventilation zippers under the arms regulate the temperature during intense movement, while the stormproof, helmet-compatible hood offers optimal weather protection. Multiple pockets – two large chest pockets and two front pockets – provide practical storage space for maps, gloves or other essentials. Thanks to its lightweight, durable design, the Z-2 EPE is perfect for both lift days and touring.
