Product Information "Röwo Ice spray 200ml"
When you need quick relief on the sidelines or in the finish area: The Röwo Ice Spray cools the skin instantly and intensely. Menthol enhances and prolongs the cooling effect, so you don’t have to keep reapplying it.
Röwo Ice Spray for Your Gym Bag
Apply the spray briefly to the affected area from a distance of about 20 centimeters. The advantage over a gel: You don’t have to rub anything in, and you can reach areas you’d rather not touch. The 200-ml can is compact enough for a gym bag or first-aid kit.

Application
Spray briefly from a distance of about 20 centimeters; do not spray the same spot for more than a few seconds. Do not spray on open wounds, mucous membranes, or the face.
How far away should I hold the can?
About 20 centimeters. If you hold it too close or for too long, your skin may get too cold.
How often can I reapply the spray?
Allow your skin time to warm up again between applications. Several short applications are better than one long one.
Can I bring the can on a plane?
Aerosol cans are not allowed in carry-on luggage. Different airlines have their own rules for checked luggage, so it’s best to check with them in advance.
How should I store the spray?
Store it in a cool place, protected from direct sunlight. Do not leave it in the car when it gets hot in the summer.
