Product Information "Reusch Baseplate R-TEX XT Snowboard Glove Black/Black Melange"
The Reusch Baseplate R-TEX XT is the snowboard glove with built-in wrist protection: a composite guard on the palm absorbs the impact of falls, while the R-TEX XT membrane keeps your hands dry. For snowboarders who prefer to play it safe in the park and on the slopes.
Reusch Baseplate: Snowboard glove with Ortho-Tec wrist protection
The Ortho-Tec One hard plastic guard rests in the palm and stabilizes the wrist without getting in the way when fastening the bindings. The extra-wide 360-degree wrist strap can be tightened securely, and the extended cuff extends over the jacket sleeve. TecFill insulation and a MicroActive lining keep you warm, and the synthetic leather palm is durable. An elastic storm leash prevents loss.

Care
Wash on the gentle cycle at 30 degrees, without fabric softener; do not tumble dry.
Does the glove replace a wrist guard?
The Ortho-Tec protection acts like a lightweight wrist guard. If you ride in the park a lot, you can also wear a separate protector.
What is R-TEX XT?
Reusch ’s waterproof, windproof, and breathable membrane. It’s very thin and stretchy, so the mitten remains flexible despite the membrane.
What size do I need?
Measure the circumference of your hand (excluding the thumb) just above the knuckles: 20 cm is approximately size 7.5, 22 cm is size 8.5, and 24 cm is size 9.5. Reusch fits true to size; if in doubt, choose the larger size.
Does the protective plate get in the way when fastening the binding?
No, it rests in the palm of your hand and leaves your fingers free.
Can I wash the glove?
Yes, at 30 degrees on the gentle cycle; do not remove the protective pad beforehand—it is sewn in securely.
