Product Information "Karakoram Tip Lock"
The Karakoram Tip Lock is a clever safety catch for splitboards from Karakoram and ensures a permanently stable connection of the splitboard tips in riding mode. It was developed to reliably prevent unintentional opening of the tip clips during descent.
Especially in hard lines or at high speed, a conventional tip clip can come loose – a risk that every splitboarder knows. The Karakoram Tip Lock addresses this very issue: Thanks to the Active Joining Technology, it securely locks and fixes the tips of your splitboard with a simple press on the lever. Fast, reliable, and without detours.
The result is a noticeably more stable board feel and more confidence on demanding descents. With the Karakoram Tip Lock, you can fully focus on your line and start into the powder snow with maximum safety.
