The HS series is a great glide wax for training and competition with very good gliding properties. The speed of the wax should be approx. 8-10 seconds on a skater ski. The wax can be reheated after cooling to room temperature (10 min) for better durability. Strip off after hardening. It is important to have a good iron to achieve efficient melting of the wax.
