Place a sturdy board on the two trestles, and you’ll have a waxing bench at a comfortable working height. For the ski clamp, you’ll need a solid plate in between; it can’t be screwed directly onto the trestles.
What You Should Know About the Weight Capacity
The 200 kg rating applies to the pair and to an evenly distributed load. Point loads in the middle of a thin board are a different matter—the thicker and stiffer the board placed on top, the more of the load-bearing capacity is actually utilized. This is more than enough for skis, snowboards, doors, boards, or a workbench top.
