Product Information "Atomic Redster S9i Revoshock S + I 12 GW Black Fire Red"
The Redster S9i is the slalom carver for the groomed slopes, complete with a ready-to-mount I 12 GW binding. You get the edge grip of a racing ski, but you don’t have to fight for it in every turn. It excels at short turns but handles longer ones just as cleanly.
Atomic Redster S9i Revoshock S with I 12 GW binding
The ski sits on a full-flex plate: it’s fixed only at the heel and glides freely at the front, allowing the ski to flex naturally under the boot. This makes the turn smoother than with a rigidly bolted plate. Revoshock S absorbs impacts, and the Titanal laminate holds the edge even when the slope is already rutted.

The I 12 GW Binding
It accommodates alpine soles per ISO 5355 and GripWalk soles; the front jaw automatically adjusts to the shape of the sole. The Z-value ranges from 4 to 12, and the sole length can be adjusted without tools. We’ll adjust the binding to your weight and boot before shipping.
Who this ski is for
For ambitious on-piste skiers who value clean carving turns and don’t want to go through the hassle of finding the right bindings. For pure racing, the S9RS is the more logical choice.
Is the binding already mounted?
The ski comes as a set with the I 12 GW. We’ll mount and adjust the bindings to fit your boot and weight before you pick them up or we ship them.
Do GripWalk boots fit on this binding?
Yes. The I 12 GW is approved for alpine soles and GripWalk. The front jaw automatically adjusts to the sole, and the release settings remain the same.
What’s the right length?
With a slalom carver, you usually ski a length slightly shorter than your height. The shorter the ski, the more responsive it is to turns; the longer the ski, the more stable it is at speed. Atomic doesn’t provide an official recommendation, but we’d be happy to advise you.
How heavy is the ski?
Atomic No weight is specified for this set. Thanks to the Ultra Light Woodcore made of poplar and caruba, it weighs less than a pure racing ski without becoming skittish.
Can I also use this ski with a different binding?
The set is designed for the I 12 GW and is sold as such. If you want a different binding, the S9RS without bindings is the better starting point.
