Reusch Franjo von Allmen Mittens: extra warm, waterproof, goatskin
The premium softshell outer layer is soft, water-repellent, and breathable, while the R-TEX XT membrane underneath keeps moisture out. Inside, R-LOFT provides warmth along with a wool-blend lining, and the fingers are individually lined (Finger Lining). The goatskin palm provides a secure grip on the pole. Velcro closure and elastic storm leash.

Care
Do not put in the washing machine. Wipe the outside with a damp cloth, dry at room temperature—never on a radiator. Treat the leather occasionally with Reusch Leather Care.
What is R-TEX XT?
Reusch ’s waterproof, windproof, and breathable membrane. It’s very thin and stretchy, so the mitten remains flexible despite the membrane.
Why a mitten?
In a mitten, the fingers keep each other warm, which is why it’s significantly warmer than a fingerless glove with the same level of insulation. Franjo von Allmen himself prefers to wear mittens.
What size do I need?
Measure the circumference of your hand (excluding the thumb) just above the knuckles: 20 cm is approximately size 7.5, 22 cm is size 8.5, and 24 cm is size 9.5. Reusch fits true to size; if in doubt, choose the larger size.
Are these mittens suitable for women?
Yes, it’s unisex. Women usually wear sizes 6.5 to 7.5.
