Product Information "Nidecker LT Supermatic Stardust Snowboard Binding"
The Nidecker LT Supermatic Stardust is the black LT with golden flecks all over the binding—as if someone had sprinkled gold dust on it. Technically, it sticks to the tried-and-true design.
Nidecker LT Supermatic Stardust - Flex 4 out of 5
- Flex 4 out of 5, Stiff—technically identical to the LT Supermatic Black
- Nylon+ S Ultraback with 30 percent fiberglass, asymmetrical, Speed Entry Spines
- Exo-Frame S Hybrid Ankle Strap and Hexo Toecap 2.0
- LSR 2.0 Auto-Lock ratchets, BankBeds with 2.5-degree canting
- Stardust color: Deep black with fine golden flecks across the highback, baseplate, and straps; gold lettering
How the Supermatic entry system works
You step in from the back over the highback: Slide your foot into the open binding, step on the heel pedal—the highback automatically flips up and locks into place. At the same time, the Active Strap technology lowers the straps—which were previously raised—back to the tension you set, so you don’t have to tighten anything. To step out, simply use a lever. And if you prefer, you can operate the LSR 2.0 ratchets just as you would with any two-strap binding.
Which size fits your boot?
M covers EU sizes 37.5 to 41 (US Men’s 5.5 to 8, Mondo 23.5 to 26), L ranges from EU 41.5 to 44 (US 8.5 to 10.5, Mondo 26.5 to 28.5), and XL from EU 44.5 to 47 (US 11 to 13, Mondo 29 to 31). If you’re right on the border, the boot style is the deciding factor: a low-profile boot runs smaller than a bulky freeride boot. If in doubt, bring it along, and we’ll try it on together.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to sit down to get on?
No, that’s exactly the point: You step in while standing, just like with a step-in binding, but you retain the adjustability of a standard strap binding.
Does it fit any board?
Yes, it fits 4x2, 2x4, and channel inserts.
Do I need special boots?
No, any standard snowboard boot will work. However, Nidecker specifically designs its own boots for this purpose.
When will it be available?
Delivery starting October 1, 2026.
