At the heart of the Tekadapters is the TEKLOCK system: a milled aluminum jaw with spring-loaded zones that locks directly onto the standard rails in the front jaw of the boot. You step into your alpine binding as usual; the adapter locks into place between them, creating a rigid pin connection for the ascent. Because the jaws give way in a controlled manner, you won’t feel a sudden jolt when changing direction, but rather a smooth, efficient transfer of power with every step. For the descent, you can release the adapters from the binding in just a few simple steps and ski down with the full safety and release performance of your DIN-certified alpine binding.
