Atomic Hawx Ultra 85 W: easy to ride, precise control
A flex rating of 85 means the boot yields early and is forgiving when your technique isn’t perfect. Nevertheless, thanks to the Prolite shell and Energy Backbone, the boot provides enough direct control so that the ski does exactly what you want it to. The Energy Link connects the shell and cuff so that movement is transmitted without delay.

Is a flex of 85 too soft?
It’s just right for relaxed skiing on the slopes. Only when you regularly ski at high speeds and with a lot of pressure will you want a stiffer boot.
How do the sizes run?
Mondopoint corresponds to foot length in centimeters. A size 24.5 fits a foot that is approximately 24.5 cm long. Buying a size that’s too large will result in pressure points later on because your foot will slide around inside the boot.
Does it fit in every binding?
It features GripWalk. It fits into GripWalk and MNC bindings. Older alpine bindings without this certification are not compatible.
Can the liner be adjusted?
Yes, the Mimic Bronze liner can be thermally molded. This is especially useful if you experience pressure in a specific area.
