The Tooltonic Roto Finish Set RF400 has been developed using the latest technology and offers a user-friendly solution for grinding and polishing ski and snowboard edges. The compact tuning file can be conveniently carried in any bag and is popular with both professionals and recreational athletes. The Roto-Finish is simply mounted on the edge sharpener handle and enables precise processing of all angles from 86° to 90°.

Efficient finish with automatic rotation of the diamond discs

Thanks to the rotating diamond wheels, which move back and forth across the edge, the grinding surface is worn down evenly, guaranteeing a sharp and precise edge. In contrast to rigid grinding stones, no grooves are created, so the edge is neither convex nor blurred. The Roto Finish ensures fast and effortless polishing and gives the edges an outstanding sharpness.

Using the Roto Finish RF400 for the perfect finish

Pre-sanding (RF200): 10 back and forth movements for quick sharpening, adjust handle to desired angle.
Finish (RF400): Lateral polishing with 6 back and forth movements, set handle to 1° less than for pre-sharpening.
Race finish (RF800): For maximum sharpness in competition, additional 6 passes, same angle as finish.
