Tooltonic ICE Catcher - For a stronger edge grip and longer-lasting sharpness

The Tooltonic ICE Catcher is the ideal accessory for skiers and snowboarders who want maximum edge grip. It is simply mounted on the handle of the edge sharpener and ensures that the edges are particularly sharp and durable. A single pass with the ICE Catcher after sharpening is enough to strengthen the edge grip and make the edge smoother and harder.

Optimum adjustment thanks to variable pressure

Applying pressure to the ICE Catcher creates a small area on the side of the edge and a slight protrusion on the bottom edge. Light pressure gently increases the grip without creating a noticeable protrusion on the bottom edge. Stronger pressure creates a minimal protrusion of a few hundredths of a millimeter, which significantly increases the edge grip.

Application and recommended range

The ICE Catcher is ideal for sharpening skis or snowboards in the middle area, especially around the bindings. If you want to remove the protrusion later, you can do this with a bottom edge tuning set.
