The HS series is a great glide wax for training and competition with very good gliding properties. The speed of the wax iron should be approx. 8-10 seconds on a skater ski. The wax can be reheated after cooling to room temperature (10 min) for better durability. Strip off after hardening. It is important to have a good iron to achieve efficient melting of the wax. TIP: Allow waxed skis to harden for several hours.
Our standard formulation HS6 has proven to be too good and is therefore being continued in the new SWIX PRO series. The wax is very popular for both alpine and cross-country skiing and has shown good properties on natural snow as well as on artificial snow.
HS06 can be used alone as a racing wax or as a base for speed/finish products.

The Zero HOT WAX | COLD from FZERO is a special racing wax mixture for cold conditions. Hot waxing significantly improves the gliding properties - ideal for ambitious winter sports enthusiasts. Area of application: For cold snow conditions with temperatures from -6°C to -20°C Suitable for Alpine skiing, freestyle skiing, snowboarding & Nordic skiing 100% fluorine-free - Environmentally friendly and powerful Application: Before waxing, clean the base with Base Cleaner clean. Iron on hot wax with waxing iron at 130 – 150°C. Allow to recrystallize for at least 2 hours at room temperature. Remove excess wax with plexiglass blade. PS8 is an economical training and racing wax as well as a basic preparation wax for warm skis. Easy to melt and very easy to work with. Recommended iron temperature: 130 ° C (266 ° F).
