Size adjustment: Determine the length in mm of your ski boots. Adjust the Ski Boot Tractions to the appropriate size (round down). The tip of the arrow indicates the selected size. Screw on using a Phillips screwdriver. Fastening to the boot: Put the Ski Boot Traction on by first attaching it to the front of the boot, then pulling it back and adjusting it at the heel.
