Knöchelschutz für Skischuhe von Sidas im Donut Shape Grösse M. Wunde Knöchel sind gerade bei Männern ein Problem mit der Passform von Skischuhen. Männer leiden mehr als Frauen, weil sie dazu neigen, grössere und ausgeprägtere Knöchelknochen zu haben. Das Problem ist fast immer der Innenknöchel. Dies liegt daran, dass es der größere der beiden Knöchel ist, höher am Bein sitzt und die meisten Menschen dazu neigen, mit dem Gewicht auf dem Fuss nach innen zu kollabieren. Wenn nur ein geringer Druck auf den Knöchel ausgeübt wird, hilft ein Donut, der auf der Außenseite des Innenschuhs um den Knöchel herum geklebt wird, den Druck zu reduzieren, da der Knochen in das Loch/die Tasche gelegt wird.
