The TEKLOCK ascent aid was developed using 3D scan data collected from all current bindings on the market. The carefully thought-out cut-outs on the front of the jaw plates precisely enclose even the deepest and widest toe pieces, like the famous Salomon STH series, providing the freedom to tour with your most trusted bindings in the backcountry for maximum performance and safety in the backcountry.
Glove and ski pole friendly TEKLOCK lever - Lock into the TEKDAPTERS with an easy to use quick release lever. Unlock the system with an oversized lever eyelet designed specifically for your ski pole, eliminating the need to bend over to release the adapter.
SOLE-SYNC™ QUICK ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM
The Sole-Sync™ system makes it a breeze to adjust the TEKDAPTERS to the sole length of your boots. Fold the TEKDAPTERS from a maximum length of 345 mm to a tiny 255 mm with a simple switch!
Customize your size - The alphabetically scaled telescopic tubes can be shortened like ski poles to reduce the pack size to an unobtrusive 205 mm length. An internal catch wire that prevents the TEKDAPTERS from over extending can be tied off for a super quick and precise adjustment to your exact boot size every time.
Tool-less AFD adjustment - The tool-less Anti-Friction Device (AFD) shims can be easily adjusted to the exact thickness of your shoe soles. From gripwalk soles (ISO 9355) to downhill soles (ISO 5355), SOLESYNC has you covered no matter how worn your boots are.
Neutral position compensation - Just like the popular DAYMAKERS CLASSIC, the lowest mode of the TEKDAPTERS is designed at -2º. This negative angle compensates for the forward lean built into your ski boots and provides an incredibly comfortable upright stance when touring flat terrain, ridge lines and gentle descents.
