Die TÖDI Crystal Skifelle sind die meistverkauften Allrounder-Skifelle von Colltex und bieten eine ideale Balance zwischen Gleiteigenschaften, Steigfähigkeit und Robustheit. Sie sind für alle Schneearten und Wetterbedingungen geeignet und punkten durch ein kompaktes Packmaß. Zum Schutz der Hotmelt-Haftschicht wird ein Abdecknetz mitgeliefert, das die Felle bei Nichtgebrauch schützt.

Colltex Hotmelt Tape 150mm/4m
Das «hotmelt tape» ist die beste Variante, um das Skifell mit einer hotmelt Haftschicht komplett neu zu beschichten. Entferne wenn möglich zuerst alte Leimresten und Verschmutzungen von der Haftschicht des Skifelles. Rolle das Tape bei Raumtemperatur mit der Folienseite nach unten auf Skilänge ab und fixiere die Enden. Klebe das Skifell mit der Haftschicht auf das Hotmelt Tape und drücke es leicht an. Nun schneidest du das Tape der Skifellkante entlang auf das richtige Mass zu. Jetzt wird das Skifell gedreht und das Tape mit einem Bügeleisen bei ca. 120 Grad langsam und mit leichtem Druck erwärmt. Dadurch wird der Haftkleber übertragen. Lass es gut abkühlen, bevor du die Folie entfernst und das Abdecknetz auf der Haftschicht montierst.

The "hotmelt tape" is the best way to completely recoat the ski skin with a hotmelt adhesive layer. If possible, first remove old glue residue and dirt from the adhesive layer of the ski skin. Unroll the tape at room temperature with the foil side down to the length of the ski and fix the ends. Stick the ski skin with the adhesive layer onto the hotmelt tape and press it down lightly. Now cut the tape to the correct size along the edge of the ski skin. Now turn the ski skin and heat the tape with an iron at approx. 120 degrees slowly and with light pressure. This transfers the adhesive. Allow it to cool well before removing the film and attaching the cover net to the adhesive layer.
