This volume reducer can be fitted under a Sidas insole to reduce boot volume. This gives the foot better support in the shoe, resulting in better precision and more comfort. Available in 3 mm (high density) and 5 mm (medium density). Can also be sanded for a better fit to the shoe.

Knöchelschutz für Skischuhe von Sidas im Donut Shape Grösse M. Wunde Knöchel sind gerade bei Männern ein Problem mit der Passform von Skischuhen. Männer leiden mehr als Frauen, weil sie dazu neigen, grössere und ausgeprägtere Knöchelknochen zu haben. Das Problem ist fast immer der Innenknöchel. Dies liegt daran, dass es der größere der beiden Knöchel ist, höher am Bein sitzt und die meisten Menschen dazu neigen, mit dem Gewicht auf dem Fuss nach innen zu kollabieren.
