The frame is therefore curved at the contact points, which means that 4 points are in direct contact with the board. This ensures extremely direct transmission and maximum control. The baseplate is made of High Strength Alloy aluminum and stainless steel. All Karakoram bindings are now designed with an open chassis: Functionless material is milled away.
