The Corsa Alpine combines the ultra-light aluminum shaft of the Corsa with a steel head that ensures good performance even in alpine terrain. The 45 cm version is the ultimate for alpine routes and ski mountaineering, where the efficiency of the steel pick and shovel are just as important as the lightness of the aluminum. The curve of the shaft ensures better impact force without reducing the ability to hit or penetrate ice.
