The POC Obex BC MIPS is a highly functional helmet specially developed for the backcountry. It offers increased durability and safety for off-piste adventures. Equipped with the Mips Evolve Brain Protection System, the helmet improves rotational impact protection and provides additional protection.
The EPS liner offers lightweight, optimized protection, while the aramid plates increase the structural strength of the helmet and improve penetration protection. The outer shell, made from a combination of PC and ABS materials, provides the perfect balance between strength and light weight. Thanks to the adjustable ventilation you can adjust the comfort in different weather conditions, and the integrated goggle chimneys minimize fogging of the goggles. For added comfort, the helmet has a goggle clip and removable ear pads.

POC Skull Dura X MIPS - racing protection at the highest level
The robust ABS/PC outer shell and a multi-impact EPP inner shell offer reliable protection at high speeds. Removable ear pads facilitate safe removal after a fall, while special ear chambers support balance and hardly affect the sense of hearing. The Race Lock dial is easy to adjust even when wearing gloves and ensures that the helmet stays firmly in place without compromising the racing position.

The ski helmet that can speak for you in an emergency. The durable Obex BC Mips was developed to make it easy to locate you in remote areas. This year we have equipped the helmet with Mips. It also features an NFC Medical ID chip so that emergency services at the scene of an accident can receive vital medical information to provide the best possible treatment in the crucial hour immediately after an accident. A RECCO® reflector ensures rapid localization. With a thicker polycarbonate shell compared to the Obex Mips, the model is more durable. The helmet is compatible with the Obex Communication headset and can easily be worn with POC goggles. The fully adjustable ventilation and removable ear pads ensure greater comfort.
The twICEme® NFC Medical ID allows instant access to important medical data and emergency contacts.
A RECCO® avalanche rescue reflector makes it easier for rescue services to locate you quickly in the event of an accident.
