Shipping costs

You can of course test and collect the products directly from the store. The prices listed in the online store also apply to our store. We cannot store and display a few products directly in our shop as we simply do not have the storage capacity. For this reason, we work with an external warehouse.

Where is my parcel?

We will inform you about the estimated delivery time of your order in the order overview and send you the shipping tracking by e-mail - however, this time may vary depending on the selected items and the shipping method.

What shipping options are available?

Our standard delivery is free of charge for most items as long as you reach the minimum order value of CHF 50. If you would like to receive your order even faster, we offer the "Express delivery" service for a fee of CHF 10.50 or more by weight.
Free small consignments by letter post Specially marked "Free shipping" items are sent free of charge by letter post. No tracking/insurance possible. Ski-shop.ch is not liable for parcels/deliveries that are lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen after delivery (e.g. in letter or filing boxes, garages, stairwells, etc.) at the customer's premises.

International shipping:
