Shipping costs & shipping methods
You can test and collect products from the store at any time. The prices listed in the online store also apply on site. For space reasons, we store a few items in an external warehouse.
Who delivers my order? Swiss Post delivers within Switzerland. International shipments are delivered by Swiss Post/GLS or Swiss Post/TNT, depending on the destination country.
Where is my parcel? You can see the estimated delivery time in the order overview. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with tracking details (depending on the shipping method and item).
What shipping options are available?
Standard delivery (free of charge from CHF 50)
For most items, shipping is free as soon as you reach the minimum order value of CHF 50.- is reached. Delivery time usually 2-3 working days.
Express delivery (from CHF 9.90)
For a fee from CHF 9.90 we ship by express. Ordered by 15:00 → next working day (Mon-Fri, subject to availability, no public holidays).
Free small consignments by letter post
We send specially marked items with the note "Free shipping" as letter post at no extra charge.
Important: No tracking or insurance. ski-shop.ch accepts no liability for items that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery (e.g. in letterboxes, storage boxes, garages or stairwells).

Priority letter post (small items up to 1 kg, 3-6 days)
