Returns – How returns work
At ski-shop.ch, we value quality and customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, in exceptional cases you may want to return an item. Please note our return policy:
Return conditions:
- Incorrect deliveries or damaged items can be returned.
- Unused and originally packaged products can be returned.
- The original packaging must not be damaged or altered.
Return period & shipping costs:
- Return within 10 days after receipt of the goods possible.
- The return shipping costs are not covered – unless it is an incorrect delivery on our part.
- Please enclose a delivery note or the invoice to speed up processing.
Refund:
- Will be at the current daily price, but no more than the purchase price minus our transportation costs.
- ski-shop.ch reserves the right to charge for processing non-compliant returns.
- Alternatively, the goods can be shipped again to the last delivery address – shipping costs to be borne by the customer.
