Cancellation policy

At ski-shop.ch you can return items under certain conditions. Please note our withdrawal policy:

Right of withdrawal:

• You can return items within 10 days after receipt.
• A return is only for unused and originally packaged products possible.
• The original packaging must not be damaged or altered.

Return conditions:

• The package must include a delivery bill or the invoice.
• The return costs are not covered – unless it is an incorrect delivery on our part.

Refund:

• The refund will be made at the current daily price, but not more than the purchase price minus our transport costs.
• ski-shop.ch reserves the right to charge costs for processing non-compliant returns.
• Alternatively, the goods can be reshipped to the last delivery address – the customer bears the shipping costs.
