General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. validity of the conditions
The deliveries, services and offers of Ski-Shop Ramser GmbH (CH-073.4.016.636-7), Bärengässli 1a, 2543 Lengnau, are made exclusively on the basis of these GTC - even if they are not expressly agreed again. By placing an order, these terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless they have been confirmed in writing by Ski-Shop Ramser GmbH.
2. right of withdrawal
You can return items within 10 days of receipt. The condition is that the products are unused, complete, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The original packaging must not have been damaged or altered.
3. return conditions
The return costs are generally not covered, except in the case of incorrect deliveries, incomplete products or incorrect information on ski-shop.ch. Please note the following return conditions:
- A delivery bill or invoice must be enclosed with the package.
- Only unused items in their original packaging will be accepted.
- The packaging must not be damaged or altered.
- All documents (e.g. operating instructions) must be complete and undamaged.
4 Refunds
Refunds will be made at the current price, but no more than the purchase price less the transportation costs incurred. If returns do not comply with our conditions, we reserve the right to charge processing fees or to return the goods to the last specified delivery address.
5. prices
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs and include VAT. They apply ex warehouse, plus shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices as a result of currency fluctuations or changes in delivery costs on the part of our suppliers. Packaging costs are not charged separately.
6. delivery
We ship with Swiss Post. The shipping costs correspond to the actual costs of the delivery service. From an order value of CHF 50, delivery is free of charge within Switzerland. Partial deliveries are permitted unless expressly agreed otherwise. We bear the shipping costs for subsequent deliveries. Delivery time: as soon as possible.
7 Delivery conditions and liability
Deliveries by letter post Priority. ski-shop.ch accepts no liability for consignments that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery (e.g. in a milk crate, doorway, garage, etc.).
8 Defects and complaints
Visible differences in quantity must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods. Hidden differences within 4 days in writing to the Ski-Shop Ramser GmbH. Transport damage or inadequate packaging must be reported immediately upon receipt of the delivery.
9. purchase on account (CembraPay)
Purchase on account (incl. payment by installments) is processed via CembraPay AG. The General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of CembraPay AG shall apply.
10 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Ski-Shop Ramser GmbH until full payment has been received.
11 Warranty
All products are delivered in perfect condition. We grant the warranty offered by the respective manufacturer, usually 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty expires in the event of unauthorized repair attempts or modifications to the product.
12. ski binding assembly & exclusion of liability
We will fit your ski bindings free of charge if you specify the length of your ski boot soles and your body weight. The binding will be tested with a new ski boot of the appropriate sole length. Deviations may occur with worn ski boot soles. A final safety check in accordance with the BFU standard is only possible with your original ski boot on a Wintersteiger adjustment device. Liability for deviations is excluded.
13 Applicable law & place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with business customers is Lengnau BE. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction is the customer's place of residence.
